We are a local Staffing Firm that has a direct hire opening for a FLEXIBLE Customer Staffing Coordinator located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

The CSR-Customer Service Staffing Coordinator supports daily branch office operations; carry out office administrative tasks. The CSR provides customer service to the clients, our sales reps, and temporary employees. The incumbent must have the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures and skill levels. In addition, maintain an ability to work within a team environment daily and must also be detail oriented.  Candidates must have the ability to multitask and must adhere to a flexible work schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Effective use of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Screen, interview, and assist new applicants with the employment process.
  • Assign qualified candidates for job assignments.
  • Assign and collect PPE/ tools and have the ability to lift and maneuver items up to 30 pounds; such as interoffice inventory supplies.
  • Input and maintain computer data.
  • Process payroll for temporary workers.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
  • Initial point of contact for our Customer/Clients & temporary employees.
  • Conduct daily closeout procedures and weekly billing to the clients.
  • Adhere to federal/state and company policies.
  • Perform any other job-specific duties as requested by a supervisor.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • The ability to type 40-45 wpm (net), a minimum
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, dispatching, and/or retail, placing workers on job assignments, or sourcing with administration skills preferred.
  • Must be customer friendly, assertive, maintain leadership skills, and adhere to a FLEXIBLE work schedule.
  • Also the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and previous experience working in Staffing is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Outlook and/or other work related database applications a plus!
